The story of the Chappell Roan Butterfly Hoodie
Made with 100% Global Recycled Standard certified recycled cotton waste, the Chappell Roan butterfly hoodie is a true story of transformation and metamorphosis. The Butterfly Hoodie is made from landfill-destined textile waste scraps that are mechanically shred in a process that uses virtually no water and minimal finishing chemicals. We were honored to work on this special product envisioned by the artist herself alongside our partners at Red Star Merchandise.
Recycling impact that scales
Through recycling textile waste we bypass the need to grow and cultivate virgin cotton, a process that is extremely water intensive and in most cases uses pesticides that pollute the soil and leave less arable land for growing food. Our work with Chappell Roan this year to recycle landfill destined textile waste has generated a massive impact and helped save over 12,000,000 gallons of water when compared to an organic cotton hoodie equivalent.
The impact of one Butterfly Hoodie
She's cute and she's circular
Backed by Everywhere's closed loop system, the Butterfly Hoodie can be returned for recycling at end of use using this mailer, helping our industry become more circular so we can enjoy more cute merch for many decades to come.
