Wholesale accounts

Creating a wholesale account with Everywhere will allow you to place orders at wholesale pricing conveniently through our website. Wholesale customers must apply through our web form and provide an entity identification number and valid reseller’s permit or vendor’s permit for approval by our team. 

Account and account privileges at any time for breach of the terms in this agreement.

Payment & Terms

For online wholesale orders, we accept credit or ACH payments through our digital invoicing and payments interface.

Should you, as the customer, fail to pay an invoice on time, you will be responsible for all costs, expenses, collections fees and attorney fees that may be incurred in an extended payment resolution process.


Prices are listed in USD$ and are subject to change at any time and will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Current pricing can always be found online within your wholesale account product view. Bulk wholesale pricing is based on volume purchased per style per color.

Should there be a dispute around an invoice for goods purchased at Everywhere, you must notify our team of your dispute within 30 days of receipt of an invoice. If you do not notify our team of any intended dispute within 30 days, the dispute will be deemed time barred and waived.

Product Offering

Our fabrics are made of 100% recycled materials and as such small specks and minor contamination can occur in the material. This is a part of the nature of using non-bleached, untreated recycled materials and not a reason for return. Slight variances in color and sizing can occur from order to order. Please check you are happy with any color variances as we cannot resolve these issues once you have printed or embellished any garments. If you have any doubts, please contact our team.

Our team reserves the right to discontinue certain styles from time to time, and modify product patterns or color offerings at any time. We do make minor adjustments from time to time to our garment specifications based on customer feedback, and inventory may include garments from a previous specification.

Everywhere Apparel does not make, and hereby disclaims, any and all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


Everywhere will provide order acceptance at its discretion upon receiving your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, we did not receive your order. Please reach out to our sales team if you have any doubts.Unless explicitly authorized, blank Everywhere t-shirts may not be resold as blank garments. If you are interested in selling blank Everywhere t-shirts as a retailer, please contact our Sales team for information on MSRP and for supportive marketing materials.

In stock orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt, not including weekend days or holidays. All orders will be shipped EXW and the customer is responsible for freight and shipping costs.

As we all know, human error can occur. If you receive an order with a shortage or overage or damages, you must report this to our team within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. Refunds on defective merchandise will be handled on a case by case basis.

Return Policy

There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Any returns must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the merchandise and returns must be approved by a member of the Everywhere team. When you send in your return, it must be clearly identified with the order number and RA# provided by our customer service team. Returns will only be accepted if the items are in unused, unwashed, unworn condition. No returns will be accepted on printed or decorated products. All products must be returned, unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of the receipt of the returned items back at our warehouse. All sales of discontinued styles, seconds or b-grade products are final and cannot be returned.

It is up to the customer to inspect and test all products before washing, printing, or decorating in any way. Once merchandise is decorated or altered in any way, the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Issues

Everywhere Apparel is not responsible for any issues that may occur after a shipment leaves our warehouse, including nondelivery, lost packages, or damages during shipment. These issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

All merchandise will be shipped EXW, and the customer is responsible for freight costs.  Everywhere Apparel will require signatures and shipping insurance according to the value of the shipment on all shipments over $800.
