SHIPPING & RETURNS 🗺️

COVID-19 NOTE: You may expect delays as a result of our workers and carriers taking additional safety precautions during fulfillment.

 

PROCESSING ONLINE ORDERS

  • Online orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt, excluding holidays.
  • To estimate shipping rates enter your zip code and country at checkout.
  • Free shipping on USA orders over $50.
  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number.
  • Once an order is placedyou’ve placed an order, you cancan also check the status of your order by logging into your registered EVERYWHERE online account.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA

  • Some countries require an import tax on shipments that you will need to pay.  This can range from 5% to 20% of the declared value.
  • We declare the lowest value allowed to keep import taxes at a minimum.
  • The most affordable method of shipping outside the USA is USPS First Class International with an estimate of 3 - 6 weeks to arrive that includes limited tracking.
  • The fastest international shipping options with more accurate tracking is with DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Once your order arrives in your destination country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes including VAT.  

 RETURNS POLICY

  • We want you to be happy 😊.  Orders placed from our online store can be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt. 
  • We can only accept returns and exchanges for products that have been unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • In the case of a return, if the product’s labeling and hang tags are removed there will be a $1 restocking fee. 
  • For exchanges, that restocking fee will be waived.  
  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping and tracking.  Everywhere Apparel is not responsible for lost or misrouted returns.

EXCHANGES

  • Perhaps you need a different size or color?  We want you to feel good and proud 🌟 about your purchase.  If you wish to make an exchange please email us at hello@everywhereapparel.com to initiate the exchange process within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

 

REFUNDS

  • Please allow 7 - 15 days from the date that your return is received for your original form of payment to be refunded.  
  • We’ll send you an email confirming that your return has been received, and that your refund has been processed.

 

WHOLESALE ORDERS 📦

Q - What is your turnaround time? 
A - Orders ship between 24-72 hours after an invoice has been paid from our distribution center in Nevada.


Q - Do you do screen printing, DTG, or Embroidery? 
A - Everywhere Apparel offers screen printing for order quantities of 1,000+ units per printed design.  Pricing may vary. 

Once embellished these items cannot be returned. 

Everywhere Apparel does not offer DTG or embroidery at this time.

 

Q - Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations and / or educational discounts?
A - Please contact sales@everywhere.us about volume purchasing for non-profit organizations and educational discounts.

 

Q - Does Everywhere Apparel offer drop shipping for web stores?
A - We do not currently support drop shipping for web stores.

 

Q - What are the price breaks? 
A - Please apply for a wholesale account to receive all wholesale information including pricing.

 

Q - Do you have minimums?
A - Once you are approved as a wholesale customer, there are no minimums for wholesale orders.

 

Q - Can I order samples?
A - Yes, you can order samples as a prospective customer at this link here

 

Q - Can you recycle a shirt that has been decorated?
A - Yes, decorated shirts can be recycled. 

 

Q - How are you able to recycle decorated shirts? 
A - The non-printed sections of those shirts that will be turned into new garments.  The printed sections will be downstream recycled into new uses such as insulation and/or furniture stuffing.

 

Q - Can you recycle t-shirts from other brands? 
A - Shirts and fleece from any brand sent back in our Close The Loop envelope will be recycled.  Used and unwanted garments that become new Everywhere Apparel finished goods must be 100% cotton.  All other garments will be responsibly recycled into other items, and never landfilled.

 

Q - Can you do custom cut and sew orders? / Can you sew my patterns? 
A - We have designed our stock styles to be a comfortable, stylish, and with a universal fit.  We can review custom pattern and sewing requests on a case by case basis and production capacity.  There will be an MOQ for custom styles. Email hello@everywhereapparel.com with your project details.

 

Q - When are more colors and styles coming out? 
A - Our styles and colors are ever evolving.  Please feel free to send us your feedback and suggestions at hello@everywhereapparel.com.

 

Q - How do I apply for payment terms with Everywhere?
A - We offer Net 30 and Net 60 payment terms through Balance.  Once your wholesale application is approved, then we will send you a link to apply.  Balance will run a soft check on your credit and will not effect your credit score.

 

Q - What kind of printing can be done on Everywhere Apparel shirts and fleece?
A - Any embellishment type that your printer recommends with any 100% cotton garment can be done; screen printing, water based screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, embroidery heat transfers, etc.  As with any embellishment, we recommend that you test one garment prior to running production.  You can learn more about these decoration methods here.

 

Q - What type of printing method do you recommend as the most sustainable?
A - We recommend you ask your screen printer for PVC-Free or water-based inks, these are the most sustainable options that are widely available. 

 

Q -  Can I use my own shipping account? 
A - Yes, you can use your FedEx or UPS account to ship your orders.  You will see this option at checkout after logging in with your wholesale account.  Please have your shipping account number and the associated zip code ready.

 

Q - Do you ship outside of the USA?
A - For orders outside of the USA we offer DHL, UPS, and USPS international shipping options.  Import duties may apply upon delivery.  For more inquiries about international shipping please contact hello@everywhereapparel.com

 

Q - Do you offer will call pick up?
A - Yes, you can pick up orders directly from our 3PL facility located in Henderson, NV.  Some international customers prefer their own shipping methods and have inventory picked up directly from our warehouse.

 

Q -  Can I return purchased wholesale goods? 
A - Yes, and there is a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged returned items.  Any returns must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the merchandise and returns must be approved by a member of the Everywhere Apparel team. 

When you send in your return, it must be clearly identified with the order number and RA# provided by our customer service team. 

Returns will only be accepted if the items are in unused, unwashed, unworn condition.  No returns will be accepted on printed or decorated products. 

All products must be returned, unused and in the same condition in which they were received.  Refunds will be issued within 15 days of the receipt of the returned items back at our warehouse.  All sales of discontinued styles, seconds or b-grade products are final and cannot be returned.

It is up to the customer to inspect and test all products before washing, printing, or decorating in any way.  Once merchandise is decorated or altered in any way, the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
